Description

Pliers of the God's... And then they made NEW ONES!

These pliers are similar to our Regular Xurons - but the tips of the pliers are ground to a 45 degree angle - making them perfect for teeny tiny jump rings!

Xuron pliers are made from strong high carbon steel and have handles that are longer and more comfortable than economy pliers.

Xuron is by far the best tool company we have worked with.  They stand behind the quality of their pliers like no one else, and simply make the best product we have found!!

    Great for micromaille!

I'm not sure where the expected boundary is between regular mail and micromaille, But I'd hazard a guess that anything that is 2.3 mm across and small enough for Tinkerbell to use as a wedding ring, counts. I bought one pair to try them out. The chisel down tips for exactly what I needed for manipulating these teeny tiny rings. But in order to effectively manipulate these rings, I definitely needed a second pair for my other hand. I am an average sized adult male, so I was glad to find pliers with a regular size handles and pointy tips. Shipping time was excellent, although of course with the COVID crisis, your experience may vary. Micromaille away, and enjoy!

    Excellent for tight spots

The best pliers I've ever tried for tight spots, you can really get in there. I did damage a few rings at the beginning but once I remembered to use a softer touch there's been no problem. Keep bandages close by though, they bite!

    These pliers are almost perfect!

I recently got a pair of these for the purposes of micromaille, and I have no regrets. The chisel nose design are perfect for those tiny rings, and getting those difficult closures done is now a breeze.

Even using them for 18g, 3/16" rings is fantastic. And they are so comfortable to use. I can easily work for 3-4 hours at a time now without ending up with bruises on my palms.

One point down down for the spring in the pliers. It's not as strong as I was hoping, so I have to open my hand a bit more than I like to get the pliers to release, leading to feeling like I might drop them fairly often.

But despite that, these are amazing pliers and I highly recommend them for anyone doing micromaille or working with smaller rings
