Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If you ordered the wrong item, you may also return, you would just be responsible for the return shipping.

CUSTOM ITEMS - there will be a 25% restocking fee for the return of any items that are special order (such as sizes we don't normally stock, or any anodized items that are done in house for each order... these items include Titanium or niobium rings or clasps or earwires.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


CANADA POST - International Small Packet Air - THIS SERVICE no longer is insured and so if you choose this service and you are doing so at your own risk.  If your package never arrives, we cannot replace it.  This is the same for Lettermail services.  Canada post doesn't lose many packages in our experience, but it is a risk to choose non insured services.  Please choose SMALL TRACKED PACKET if you want insurance!!  Thanks for understanding!! 

We don't like to pay inflated shipping as customers, so we DO NOT INFLATE our shipping costs.  You pay what we pay.  If you are over charged, we refunded the difference.  Generally we eat the difference if you underpay, so we do our best to offer the best shipping options!

LETTERMAIL OPTIONS - This is the cheapest way to send small light weight items.  This costs a stamp and a bubble envelope and is a choice for Canada, USA, and Overseas.  THIS HAS NO TRACKING AND NO INSURANCE.  We see VERY VERY few packages lost, a few tend to be delayed but most seem to arrive.  PLEASE do not choose this item if you are shipping MORE that what you are willing to let the post office lose.  Please do not choose this option and then email or phone us daily waiting for it to arrive.  We cannot do anything about these packages after Canada post picks them up from us.  We cannot track an item without a tracking number and we cannot replace a package that was shipped without insurance out of our pocket.  If you want to have insurance and peace of mind... please choose an option with insurance.

Canada Post-

CANADA - Expedited or Xpress Post - Both have tracking and insurance.

Overseas - Xpress Post and Expedited - Both have tracking and insurance - both are rather expensive.
(If you live in a country with a postal strike happening - Or perhaps a postal system know for not being so honest, you might want to pay for the insurance)

We also Offer UPS is you prefer.  The rates are higher, but it is trackable and insured for $100 Automatically.


We are very happy to provide you with USPS Services.  This is how it works.
We use to create a shipping label after we print and fill your order.
We then put your envelope or flat rate box into a larger box and ship them to our partner in BC (3 shipping days) and then they deliver the packages the next day to Blaine WA and leave at post office.  Then your package enters USPS system and is delivered to you (1-3 Business days or so)  We Ship a box every TUESDAY and FRIDAY!!

TRACKING NUMBERS -- As soon as we create a Tracking number for you we will enter it into our website so you can see it.  This number WILL NOT work until your package arrives in the USA.  PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY WORK... It will start working once USPS gets your package. 

Our system collects CAD and we have to pay USD to ship your items... So if you paid more for your shipping, than your envelope shows, please remember there is an exchange difference, and we also have to pay to get your package to BC - Roughly a dollar or two each.  

With all this extra work for Us - your package is going to get to you in roughly 1/3 of the time it would take Canada Post to deliver to you - for less money.  This is a WIN WIN situation.  

I have JUST MADE SOME CHANGES so you be able to chose 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail with tracking!! I'm doing my best to drop the prices so we collect acutal shipping as much as possible.  We always make a credit if it does something screwy!!  Thanks!!
