We have been in business 21 years now and have been proud of our customer service. We have done our best never to leave a customer empty handed if there is an issue. Shipping Issues are becoming more and more problematic, so we are officially changing our Shipping Policies to reflect the change in service we are getting from Canada Post, USPS and all couriers.
If you chose a shipping option with NO insurance - Then we cannot replace any package that goes missing in the shipping process. Once it leaves our hands - it's up to the carrier, and fate to get it to you.
This includes Canada Post - Lettermail, Overseas services such as Small Packet Airmail, and USPS 1st Class Services.
IF you want your package to be insured PLEASE choose an option with insurance. These services include -
Canada Post - Xpresspost and Expedited (this includes $100 insurance - Please add a note if you want MORE insurance added if your order is LARGE)
Canada Post International - Tracked Packet or Xpresspost (this includes $100 insurance - Please add a note if you want MORE insurance added if your order is LARGE)
USPS - Priority - Includes $130 CAD of insurance (If your order is large - add a note if you want extra insurance added!
All Shipping costs are on the rise - The fuel surcharges are getting higher by the day, as our gas prices are the highest we have ever seen. There is also still crazy shipping delays and issues happening due to staffing issues. We are all feeling the same pinch. We are working really hard to keep our shipping options to be only cost recovery, and we don't want anyone to over pay for their packages.
