Order Add Ons.... How can you add on to your order?

Hey Everyone! I want to put this out there so everyone sees and I don't have to type this daily :) 

We CANNOT add on to your order that you place on the website.  This is for YOUR safety.  We do not see your credit card details, and we cannot change the amount that you approve when you place an online order.  I never see your information.  Big Commerce collects it securely, and Moneris processes it... I see the last 4 digits, and that's it.

However, if your order is still in AWAITING FULFILMENT mode - then yes - TECHNICALLY we can add to that package and save you another shipping charge.  However the website is ALSO very well programed and is on point exactly with shipping costs about 98% accuracy.  So if we start adding items, it's going to increase weight, and increase costs.... so we can't always combine orders for no extra costs. We have been doing this for 21 years and I always do my best NOT to charge any extra shipping costs, because I hate it when companies do it to ME... So we just do cost recovery for shipping.  

If you want to add to an order - Send me a message or an email on your order - Then place a NEW order with a note that you would like to add to your previous order if possible.  If we can do it - we will.  If it doesn't change the shipping from the first order - then we make a store credit for the FULL second shipping charge for your next order!  If we can combine but it costs more - we will make a credit for any difference for you to use on your next order!

This is how we do it!  If your order has been SHIPPED, then we cannot add on to it...
