USA PACKAGE DELAYS FROM EARLY OCTOBER

I am so sorry about the delay of some packages headed to the USA in October.  We are in Canada and while we ship our daily box to the USA, It goes first to Edmonton, then to the border, and then across to USPS in Sweet Grass MT.  The population of Sweet Grass is 65  People, so sometimes there are delays with USPS scanning the parcels… Our truck can have upwards of 10,000 pieces each day, so it keeps them busy, along with all the other people who ship across the border.

Now we have been told there are delays at the border. Thanks to Trump and his tariffs -- they don't have enough staff to process every single small package at the border. Without the De Minus exemption, that used to move the $800 and lower values through without customs. Now every single package has to go through customs and brokerage.  Costing me on every package, and delaying everything.

This week we are being introduced to a new shipping process with different shipping labels, that is supposed to speed up the custom shipping process… but we haven’t seen how it will work yet!!  I am very hopeful that it helps!
