USA BOX DELAYS

We have seen some delays in the boxes we shipped last week -- So sorry about that! This is the response I got today from DYKPOST!!  PLEASE KNOW THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND WE ARE DOING OUT BEST TO KEEP THINGS MOVING QUICKLY!!!
Dear Customers,
DYK sincerely apologize for the unexpected delay in your recent shipments.
The delay is due to new documentation process rules in customs that are affecting our ability to complete shipments according to our usual schedule. While this situation is beyond our direct control, we understand the inconvenience it causes.
We are working closely with our broker to resolve this matter and expedite the clearance of your packages across the border as quickly as possible.
We will continue to monitor the status of your shipments and notify you immediately once they are on their way. We sincerely apologize again for any frustration this delay may have caused.
