Saw Cut 18 gauge 3/16" inner diameter Titanium Jump Rings.

Titanium is an amazing metal.  It is light weight, Super strong, and Hypoallergenic.  It is a reactive metal, and colours with heat or electricity.  This is not a paint or a dye - but the outside layer oxidization of the metal when we electrocute it! It is hypoallergenic, so people with metal allergies can wear this metal. Titanium will actually spark on occasion when you push the two ends of a ring together!

WE ARE NOW SAW CUTTING 18 Gauge RINGS!  We have switched our titanium to Grade 2 - which is softer, and no longer spreads opens once closed.  It's MUCH easier to bend - it is very similar to our Stainless Steel rings. It also colours BEAUTIFULLY, so possibilities are endless!

We have been working to perfect these rings for several months.  Some batches have a very slight burr, even though they have been tumbled for days and days.  We are cutting these rings with a smaller blade, so they won't tangle in the tumbler, and doing our best to get them as smooth as possible. They close perfectly - unlike the snip cut rings, that always have a little notch.  ENJOY!

Our rings are Cut in house, they are cleaned, tumbled, polished, dried and then packaged with love for you to create with!

    Titanium Jump Rings

Posted by Bill Keim on 31st Oct 2020

I purchased these to make a chain maille bracelet. The jump rings are very consistent with a nicely beveled cut that lines up exactly when closed. Out of the 200 I have worked with there were only a couple rejects due to miss cuts or double cuts. It's a real time save not having to make and cut your own rings.
