Japanese Ball Ornament Kit - Makes 3 Ornaments just under 3 inches.
This pattern is has been around the chainmail community for years. We have had more and more requests to make it into a kit - so here you go! The pattern is quite easy to follow, but the big rings are quite stiff to bend. They require hand strength and perseverance!
This kit includes: Saw cut Bright Aluminum and Anodized Alumium Rings, which are easy to learn and work with. You get a new detailed instruction package to learn this weave. Kit contains enough rings to make 3 Ornaments.
**NEW** Thanks for your feedback on COLOUR OPTIONS -- We have added 6 COLOUR OPTIONS FOR THIS KIT. You will get enough rings to make 3 solid coloured balls - or you can mix and match the rings to make multi coloured balls. Thanks!

These Wide Nose pliers are great for kits that use rings larger than 18 gauge.

Japanese Ornament Kit
I love this project kit! The directions are clear and the quality of the rings is outstanding. I especially appreciated getting a few extra rings, never know when the pliers will slip and cause a nick. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Projects
It took me a long time to finally pull the trigger on these gorgeous ornament kits, and I’m glad i finally did. So much so, that i has to buy another few kits to give to friends and family this year. They are so beautiful and easy to make (once you get the hang of it and understand the process). I can’t wait to see the looks when i give these out. My only minor request is that the rings were pre bent into place. They are quite stiff and my fingers are definitely soar now. Without tools these would have taken much longer.
