We answer all e-mails as soon as we see them. You can reach us by phone at 306-343-1892 CST between 10am - 7pm We are on Daylight Savings all the time, so we never have a time change. Please pay attention to TIME ZONES.  If you live in EASTERN CANADA OR USA you are 2-3 hours AHEAD of us.  This means if you call us at 8am your time, it is only 5-6 am our time.  We work from our home, to keep our overhead cost and prices down.  We ask that you please phone between 10am - 7pm our time.  Thanks for your consideration.

We work 7 days a week to get your orders ready to ship.  Many customers are very suprised when they receive an invoice, or we answer the phone on Saturdays and Sundays.  Obviously we don't ship on the weekends as there is no service available, but we are still bagging orders on the weekends.  Occasionally we take a weekend to go away with our family, so please be paitent when trying to contact us on the weekends.

Please use the Order Form, and fill in all your information.  The questions we ask makes it easiest to get your invoice back to you ASAP!  Please update your adobe reader if you have an error when opening our invoices (www.adobe.com). We will respond with totals and shipping amounts. It's helpful to know if you are a new mailler, because so many people ask questions that can be answered in many depths.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE the Material, Ring Size, and Amount in Pounds or Ounces when placing your order.

We do not have any minimum order requirement. You'll see our prices are listed in pounds and ounces. We use a very detailed scale and can weighed to 1 gram, and so you may order as many or as few rings as you need!  We do reserve the right to apply minimum order requirements on items not normally stocked.  Custom orders of special size or colour combinations may have minimum requirements. 

Ebay Orders
We enjoy using Ebay to find new customers. We also appreciate customers using the feedback system on ebay. As to date we have 100% positive feedback and around 1500 transactions in total. We feel our ebay feedback proves that we are honest and doing our best for our customers.

All credit card payments will be made in Canadian dollars, so the conversion will be done automatically at the US customers bank, and you will be charged in US funds.  If you are in the USA you will notice that the amount your credit card charges might not be identical to your invoice.  This is because of the daily flexuation of the exchange rate.  Some credit cards may have fees they charge for purchases in a different currency.

We accept International Money Orders, both Postal or Bank. We cannot accept GREEN US POSTAL ORDERS, as they can only be cashed in the USA.  Please make money orders payable to Metal Designz Canada Inc. 

We cannot accept Cheques of any kind.  It takes a long time for a cheque from the USA to clear, and due to a large number of Canadian cheques bouncing, we no longer accept personal cheques at all. 

We also accept e-mail money transfers from Canadian Customers!   Have you tried this?  If you bank with a major bank (Scotia, RBC, BMO, TD, ect) you can email money to us right from your bank account!  You need to send us a security question, and we need a seperate email with the answer, and the payment is done!  This is a secure, speedy option for all Canadian customers!

WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS IN CANADIAN CURRENCY!! 

Taxes For Canadian Customers--  All Canadian customers will be charged GST, our Business Number is #830964672.  Saskatchewan Customers have to pay PST # 0244657

We use Purolator Courier for all our shipping.... This is a Canadian courier service, so when your USA bound package gets to the border, it is passed over to DHL for local delivery.

ALL PACKAGES HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER!  This number is emailed to you when I enter the package for a shipping label to print.

Within Canada - Rates depend on speed, weight, location, and value.  We will do our best to chose the most economical shipping option for each package.  Example - 1-3 lbs, fits in a puroletter envelope-$100 insurance - Saskatoon - Toronto Overnight=$12

Example 2- 10 lbs, regular ground service 2-3 days- $100 insurance - Saskatoon- Toronto =$15

Shipping to the USA - Rates depend on speed, weight, location, and value.  We will quote Regular Ground Service which is 2-7 business days.  The starting price for this service is now around $14.  Overnight service for items that fit in a puroletter envelope is around $21

International Shipping - Rates depend on speed, weight, location, and value.  Our new rates for Purolator are very good for overseas shipping.

Example - 1-3 lbs, fits in a puroletter envelope-$100 insurance - Saskatoon - United Kingdom =$35

Please be aware that we are located in CANADA, so shipping to any other country, there may be additional fees, duty, taxes etc, charged by your government upon entering your country! We can't help this... as the value marked on your package ensures your package has the proper amount of insurance.
