We answer all e-mails as soon as we see them. You can reach us by phone at 306-343-1892 CST between 10am - 7pm We are on Daylight Savings all the time, so we never have a time change. Please pay attention to time zones. If you live in Eastern Canada or the USA you are 2-3 hours ahead of us. This means if you call us at 8am your time, it is only 5-6 am our time. We work from our home, to keep our overhead cost and prices down. We ask that you please phone between 10am - 7pm our time. Thanks for your consideration.

We work 7 days a week to get your orders ready to ship. Many customers are very suprised when they receive an invoice, or we answer the phone on Saturdays and Sundays. Obviously we don't ship on the weekends as there is no service available, but we are still bagging orders on the weekends. Occasionally we take a weekend to go away with our family, so please be paitent when trying to contact us on the weekends.

Ebay Orders

We enjoy using Ebay to find new customers. We also appreciate customers using the feedback system on ebay. As to date we have 100% positive feedback and around 2000 transactions in total. We feel our ebay feedback proves that we are honest and doing our best for our customers.

Payment Options

Payment must be made in full prior to shipping. All prices are listed in Canadian Funds. We will accept Canadian Funds only. Our easiest payment option is by Credit Card which can now be done online through our shopping cart. You can also call us toll free if you prefer not to use your computer.

All credit card payments will be made in Canadian dollars, so the conversion will be done automatically at the US customers bank, and you will be charged in US funds. If you are in the USA you will notice that the amount your credit card charges might not be identical to your invoice. This is because of the daily flexuation of the exchange rate. Some credit cards may have fees they charge for purchases in a different currency.

We accept International Money Orders, both Postal or Bank. We cannot accept Green US Postal Orders, as they can only be cashed in the USA.

We cannot accept Cheques of any kind. It takes a long time for a cheque from the USA to clear, and due to a large number of Canadian cheques bouncing, we no longer accept personal cheques at all.

We also accept e-mail money transfers from Canadian Customers! Have you tried this? If you bank with a major bank (Scotia, RBC, BMO, TD, ect) you can email money to us right from your bank account! You need to send us a security question, and we need a seperate email with the answer, and the payment is done! This is a secure, speedy option for all Canadian customers!

We also accept Paypal payments in both Canadian and US Funds. Please let us know if you want to use US funds, as we can set up your invoice in US dollars.

Taxes For Canadian Customers-- All Canadian customers will be charged GST, our Business Number is #830964672. Saskatchewan Customers have to pay PST # 0244657

Shipping Information

We do our best to send all packages as quickly as possible! If we have to cut rings for your order, there may be up to a 1 week delay prior to shipping. We will not sacrifice quality for speed.

We have two options to ship your package. We use Canada Post for some items and Fed Ex for others.

We prefer to ship via Fed Ex for most packages. The only packages we send with Canada Post are International (overseas) Packages and very small light packages.

There are two reasons we prefer not to ship Canada Post for most items. Shipping with them is not traceable. Even Xpresspost, which claims to have a tracking number does, but doesn't. The package is not scanned into the system until delivered, so if the package is lost in transit, the "tracking number" is unusable! The other reason is that it takes 2-3 weeks for packages to get to the USA, and I end up dealing with many emails from customers wondering where their package is! This is very time consuming and frusterating for customers and us, as we can't do anything about the long waits! Insurance takes 2-3 months to deal with if a package is lost.

Fed Ex - We have negotiated the best rates for Ground and Express Shipments that we can. It's all based on volume, so the more we ship, the more you save. We pass along all savings we can. FedEx does charge a residential surcharge of $2.50, so if you have a commercial or business address we can ship to, your shipping will be that much less!

They also charge a surcharge for small towns and rural areas, so I always do a rate quote when I set up your invoice, and if you would prefer to pay postal rates and wait it out, that can be easily arranged!

For the most part FedEx shipping within Canada costs range from $8-$14 depending on weight and distance.

Shipping to the USA seems to be $13-$18 on average.

Please be aware that we are located in CANADA, so shipping to any other country, there may be additional fees, duty, taxes etc, charged by your government upon entering your country! We can't help this... as the value marked on your package ensures your package has the proper amount of insurance.

Rings

If you are sent the wrong rings, we will happily fix our mistake.

If you order our rings and decide upon receipt of the rings that you do not want them, we will offer a full refund when you send the rings back to us. We cannot refund original shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping as well.

If you ORDER the wrong rings, and find they don't work for your project, we will happily replace the rings for something that works better for you. You will need to return the rings to us by mail, and pay additional shipping costs to have the other rings sent out.

Please Let us know if you plan to return something. If you are returning from OUTSIDE Canada, there are some special instructions you'll need. You MUST mark customs form CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING TO MANUFACTURER If this step is missed, then we are charged customs fees, which will be charged to you.

Finished Jewelry, Clothing, Hackey Sacks

We will repair all items for life. Please simply mail back any items needing repairs. We cannot repair colour if it is worn off from wear & tear. Niobium and Titanium can be recoloured in some instances. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
